Overview

Amazing day trip out from Marrakech on an excursion that takes you to 3 different high atlas valleys in the High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy your lunch in the top of the village mixed with some hike through high atlas villages and take in stunning mountain landscapes.

Pick up from Marrakech and firstly drive to Magic Desert called as Agafay Desert to see around and enjoy the region ladscape, and then drive to Amizmiz Dam, Kik plateau, Moulay Ibrahim, Asni and then to imlil valley 1740, located in toubkal national park and in the High Atlas Mountains facing to Mountain Toubkal 4167m, walk around and then drive to Ourika Valley , last pictures from a good panoramic facing to ourika valley and drive back to Marrakech.

What to bring?

Put on comfortable walking shoes.
Warm, waterproof clothing is required between October and March.
A small bag to take away while walking is necessary.
Scarves or hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are required.
The route can be modified according to the weather conditions (flexible tour).

Day 1: Marrakech – Tahnaout – Moulay brahim Gorges – Asni - Imlil Valley 1740m– Aroumd Village 2000m – Marrakech

After Breakfast, our driver will come to pick you up at 9h from your Hotel/Riad. From there we will begin our journey and drive through Houze plaine, magical views of the high Atlas Mountains.

The fisrt stop will be a peaceful place where you'll be dressed in traditional Berber clothes and enjoy a camel ride. Next we'll drive to a women's argan oil cooperative where there will be a bread & oil tasting with Moroccan tea.

After that, continue driving to the heart of the Atlas Mountains, Imlil valley located at 1740m, start your great hike through its berber villages, fast flowing river, walnut trees, irrigation systems.

lunch and tea in local berber village and family to enjoy a delicious Berber lunch, Visit of Imlil Waterfalls After lunch than continue to imlil, Drive back to Marrakech.

Note: You will have an opportunity to visit a weekly market on each Saturday and Tuesday
