Once you agree on the quoted itinerary and price, we will raise a detail itinerary and invoice with payment details. Your booking will be confirmed when we receive 20% deposit of your invoice.
We accept payments by wire transfers to Our Bank Account (payable in US $, Euro).
You can make the payment either by wire transfer or PAYPAL.
We will make all possible to make amendments to your booking with no additional charges. However, travel within 15 days of the start of your trip it might not be feasible.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm to us your request in writing. Again we will try to accommodate you so there are no extra charges, but we cannot guarantee it.
If changes are not possible to make in your booking, for whatever reason, you have the choice of proceeding with your holidays originally booked or cancelling and paying the cancellation charges as mentioned below.
We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Morocco 3 days prior to the trip departure dates. However.
A written notice should be sent to us 20 days prior to the trip departure date.
Notification of any cancellation must be made in writing by the client(s).
If the cancellation occurs more than 50 days from the departure date, the client(s) are liable for 20% of the cost of the trip.
If the cancellation occurs between 50 days, but more than 25 days from the departure date, the client(s) are liable for 50% of the cost of the trip.
If the cancellation occurs between 25 days, but more than 12 days from the departure date, the client(s) are liable for 75% of the cost of the trip.
If the cancellation is made 10 days or fewer from the departure date the client(s) are liable for 100% of the cost of the trip.
Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point at the scheduled time will be deemed as cancellation by the client(s), and as such the client(s) are liable for 100% of the cost of the trip.
If the client(s) do not participate in any part of the trip as agreed at the time of booking, the client(s) are not entitled to any refund.
We accept liability should any part of your travel arrangements not be as described when you made your booking and not be of a reasonable standard. We will pay reasonable compensation (limited to maximum of the amount paid to us for that portion of the travel arrangements) unless there has been no fault on our part or part of our suppliers.
Please note that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, illness, damage, death or loss incurred during your trip.
It is mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients to join any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.
You are responsible for ensuring the possession of valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for 6 months prior entering the country. It is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met prior departure.
We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in order to secure your private and confidential information that you have provided to us during the booking.
The information collected form you will be used to make reservations with hotels and with any other third party as need to arrange your travel requirements. We will share your dietary, medical or any disability with relevant suppliers to unsure your safe and the most enjoyable holidays. In making a booking with us, you consent to this information being passed onto the relevant persons.
All of our staff are experienced and trained to lead and organize trips of the nature detailed on this website. They are there to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip and their instruction should be followed at all times. In the event of changing circumstances the leaders’ decision is final
We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason from customer’s side.
If your trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip won’t be the one you had chosen, your money will not go in vain.
We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our actions will be reasonable, like in case of circumstances such as drastic changes in the exchange rate, inflations or government actions, we are not liable to answer anyone for our actions.
In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Morocco, Face of Morocco is not liable for any kind of refunds.
Our terms and conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party, you shall be liable to their terms and conditions.
