The combined use of 4WD and bikes allows us to see a substantial part of the amazing Morocco and gain a fascinating insight into the traditional Berber life. Day 1: Marrakech – Tahnaout – Asni – Imlil Valley 1740m – Tizi Ntamatert pass 2389m – Imlil Valley – Asni – Marrakech

130 km road transfer/ Apr 53 km MTB / Level: 3/ Height difference: +649m /- 1100m

After breakfast, a short transfer to imlil valley, Quick check of Bikes, will take us to the foothills of the Mount Toubkal, Morocco and North Africa’s highest peak at 4167 meters. Our ride starts at Tizin’Tamatartat at 2389m high on a side crossing road before we join a double track descending down the valley. The path offers breathtaking views over the deep river with its green terraces and traditional Berber villages nestled in the red, desert-like mountainsides. Our backdrop will be the high Atlas summits, terrific snow-capped peaks. Our ride ends at the Asni village in the mid-afternoon, and we then make the trip back to Marrakech.
