This trek is suitable for anyone of reasonable fitness levels. It is a particularly good choice to discover the lifestyle of the atlas Berbers and through many little hamlets and ancient Berber villages and in a colorful and authentic Azzaden valley at the heart of the Berber Ait Ouazzaden.

What to bring?

Put on comfortable walking shoes.
Warm, waterproof clothing is required between October and March.
A small bag to take away while walking is necessary.
Scarves or hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are required.
The route can be modified according to the weather conditions (flexible tour).

Itineraries

Day 1: Imlil 1740m - Tizi Mzik 2489m- Tamsoulte waterfalls 2550m - Tizi Oussem 1800m

Start from marrakech at 8h30 for a pleasante drive south winding our way up to imlil vallet 1740m, Enjoy a wonderful hike along the villages of Imlil, Arghen and M'zzik, overlooking old fields of fruit trees and vegetables in terraces.

Cross the Tiz M'zzik pass (2489m altittude) and descend through a wilderness that offers wonderful landscapes to the village of Tizi Oussem to spend the night.5h walking.

Day 2: Tizi Oussem 1850m- Id Issa-Tizi Village Oudi 2000m- Mattat- Agersioual

Descend into the Assif Azzaden valley, passing through several Berber villages to the Tizi Oudite pass 2100m and then to the village of Aguersioual.

Enjoy an hour break and enjoy a delicious lunch by the river Imlil Valley and admire the unique views across the valley that is available to you.
